This multifamily home offers full private access to the first and second floors, as well as the massive yard. The property features the Yale/August Lock System for added security and privacy.

Before your arrival, you will be required to choose between two damage protection options through our third-party provider Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message to complete this process. The options are as follows:

Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).

Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.

We recommend completing this process before your arrival to ensure a quick and seamless check-in.

Other Things to Note
Bookings: Must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Bookings made by younger persons will be rejected. Violations discovered during your stay will result in immediate removal.
Parking: All guests must park on Fairchild Ave to avoid tickets.
Long Stays: Additional cleaning fee required for stays over 14 days.
Security Cameras: Cameras are installed around the property for safety.
