One very unfriendly person routed all new guest to self-checking, which was kind of working, besides: - the keys provided di not open the doors (had to go cak to reception in waiting line) - the keys did not allow to leave or enter the parking garage - the service call from the parking gate was not answered and the only option was to spend 35$ to get the gate opened (because the room keys were "not enabled" as the message said on the parking gate. - the lift/elevator to the parking garage causes long waiting time - the staff at the gambling tables are not entertaining or friendly at all - there are no service staff visible within 30-45 minutes to bring drinks to the tables or gambling stations Summary: very poor experience and not recommended. The only positive is the location next to the Linq promenade and the short distance to the strip.

Leider hat das Haus kein Restaurant! Frühstücksraum praktisch und das Frühstück war gut.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Wir haben auf ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bellagio Brunnen umgebucht und es war ein Traum. Von den Zimmernachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Würden das Hotel aufjedenfall wieder buchen.
