Only issue which we communicated to the owner, was a bad sewage smell in the lower unit. Holding tank is improperly ventilated. Needs to be addressed. Overall we really enjoyed the property. “

„We had a great time at Cozy Bear cottage in East Braintree, the pictures were exactly as the cabin is. A picture of the kitchen which was lovely and the second bedroom with the bunk bed would be super helpful to get more bookings. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close the cabin is to Falcon Lake. The host responded quickly to questions we have no complaints!“

„We enjoyed our stay here. You can't beat the location. Tucked away in clean, quiet Bay. The beach is nice. Loved the fires right at the beach side. Swimming was fabulous right off the dock. Hardly any weeds. The seperate cabin on the lakefront is really nice. Too bad it doesn't have running water but that was disclosed to us prior to arriving. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us.
