Please note that the garden is currently under construction with the surface still to be laid. There is ex agricultural grass/ground enclosed around the house but this can be soggy when there is heavy rain. It is suitable for pets however, not suitable for recreational activities in wet weather.
Also to be aware, the property does have Wi-fi but as with many rural locations signal strength can be variable (normally fine for general web surfing and watching Netflix etc).
