We arrived late and checked in to the hotel. We had a lot of things to move in and bot elevator to help us move our heavy bags. We had to climb steep stairs to gwt to our room. One we got settled and got my grandson asleep, my daughter and I went to sleep. About 4:30am we were awaked by the ceiling leaking into our room. We ran downstairs and they had us move to a different room. Having to wake up my grandson and move his bed and all of our stuff. We got into the new room and was unable to fall asleep. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water in the shower OR the sink to wash our face!! We were supposed to stay a 2nd night so we went down and talked to the front dest pwraon who could have cared less about our situation and that we had already moved room early in the morninf and bow NO hot water. He said "It happens", we asked about the hot watwr and he said "ya, sometimes that room doesn't get hot water because it was cold outside". He offered us ANOTHER room. We asked if we could check to see if that room had hot water. He said "The room hadn't been cleaned yet, but it should have hot water". We asked again to check it. When he walked us up to the room, you could obviously tell he was uncomfortable about it. Reason being, there was a pair of mens underware on the floor with feces in them!! Again, the water wasn't getting hot and as we walked out of the room neither my daughter or I felt comfortable or safe staying there. Needless to say we packed up and left! #OSH
