„This apartment was so cute, quiet and a great stay for my family and I. The host was able to accommodate extra blankets and towels for us during our stay. As well with it being a pet friendly property our dog enjoyed his stay and a little bit of the city life. Dinner is walkable as well as access to the main transit system. This is definitely a good spot for a girls trip or even a single that wanted to different kind of stay in Chicago!“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„Der check-in per App war recht easy. Im Appartement hat es alles was man braucht, auch genügend Platz. Allerdings gab es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck im Bad. Am Waschbecken kam fast kein Wasser raus und bei der Dusche war es ähnlich. Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht. Schade das es in der "Lobby" kein Getränke- und Snackautomaten gibt. So könnte man nach dem Check-out, noch etwas Zeit überbrücken. Die Appartements sind sehr hellhörig. Die ersten 2 Nächte waren kaum zum aushalten, da in der Wohnung ...

„Only thing was no communication on the pool location and the arcade games so I just didn't go and how to work the stove other that it was a beautiful experience. I think you should let people smoke on the balcony. I mean it is a expensive location and marijuana is legal a recreational use think about it. “

„Very central and perfectly situated downtown Chicago. The only downside is the noise. The train runs directly in front of the flat. You need to get used to it; which is fine for a few days.“

„The location for this property was ideal for the main areas in Chicago. We had a 4 bedroom apartment. They were spacious enough for what we needed. We did have an issue with no remote control but the live chat sorted that within minutes. “

„Sehr schönen Appartement. Mit allem was man benötigt! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Zimmer wird mit einer art Lüftungsanlage beheizt diese war Nachts wenn diese angesprungen ist etwas laut und die Luft dadurch oft "trocken" aber alles im Rahmen. Lage: Direkt an einer S-Bahn Station unf super Central. Checkin wie beschrieben an 16 Uhr möglich und beim Ceckout wurde pünktlich um 11Uhr zum reinigen geklopft. Wie beschrieben also vollkommen ok. Sky Lobby und Sportraum ein Traum in der 16 Etage ...

„The location was great for us. Close to where my daughter works and easy access to the Blue Line. I don't mind the lack of direct contact with staff people and we didn't have any unmet needs. It was very stormy the first night we were there and the windows made a great deal of noise. The storm abated the second night and it was much quieter.“

„Die Zimmer bräuchten eine Renovierung. Steckdose defekt, Dusche verbraucht zu viel Wasser und keine Handdusche. Des Weiteren sollte auch mal hinter den Nachttisch gereinigt werden. Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage und mit tollem Ausblick. Personal sehr freundlich. “

"The best thing about this hotel is by far its staff!!! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a king room on the 8th floor facing the Virgin hotel. You could look directly into someone’s room….and the room was a bit dark. Besides that we had an excellent stay"

If you want to sleep, choose another place

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
