„We booked the room online and paid all charges including taxes. Upon arrival was told that an additional parking fee of $3.99 plus taxes was needed to be collected. We have stayed there before and was never charged that before. Was told that was a new fee and when asked why the clerk had a funny smile and could not explained the charge. The parking was self served and there was no visible security guard to warrant this charge. In fact signs were posted park at your risk. Not responsible for ...
