Cozy Getaway: 4 Bedroom Home with Vintage Charm!

Welcome to Fargo! We are excited to host you in our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that will puts you smack dab in the action! There is a full kitchen with all the essentials for cooking that delicious meal as well.

Getting Around:
- Downtown is a 6 minute drive
- NDSU is a 3 minute drive
- The airport is a 9 minute drive
- The Fargo Dome is a 4 minute drive

Main Living Space:
The first thing you will notice when you walk into the house is the cozy atmosphere. The living room has a welcoming feel to it and is ready to embrace you like a mom’s hug.

- This older home has a modern appearance and has relaxing tones throughout that pair with the décor in sweet, sweet harmony.
- There is a cozy padded rug located in the center of the living area.
- 55 inch Smart TV so that you can may login to watch your favorite streaming services. Maybe some Stranger Things or the Office? The world is your oyster when that remote is in your hand!
- The couches blend well together and have an abundance of throw pillows. So pop a squat, pull the ottoman closer, and kick up those feet while you watch a movie or take a nap.
- The large windows also let in the natural light produced by our beautiful Sun, so let it shine!

Kitchen:
The kitchen is located just to the right when you walk in the front door. It is an open space that is designed to have all the friends and family in there cooking! Put everyone at a station and get to whipping up a delicious meal together.

- Why have one color scheme to the cabinets when you can have two?! Yep, I said it! The kitchen has lighter wood cabinets as well as white ones that we paired with darker laminate countertops. The countertops offer great space for all the dishes you are going to cook up!
- Electric 4 burner stove and oven.
- Microwave as well as a toaster.
- Fridge/Freezer.
- Dishwasher.
- Coffee things: Coffee maker for those that just want a normal cup of coffee rather than an iced caramel double whip nonfat almond milk extra stirred but not too stirred macchiato....ooof that was a long one!
- Pots, pans, knives, silverware, spatulas, pasta spoons, and other various cooking utensils.
- Plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses (wine and regular), etc.


Upstairs Bathroom:
This bathroom offers some good space that can allow a few people to get ready at the same time.

- The tub/shower combination allows you to get a quick rinse or enjoy your favorite bath bomb in the tub. Shut off the mind, and sink into a tub of suds as you’re taken away... Ahhh relaxation
- The mirror is perfect for two people to have a smile off. What is a smile off you may ask? All it entails is a polite debate over who has the better smile. Pssst...It’s both of you by the way!
- Plenty of towels, hand towels, makeup towels and toilet paper.
- Below the vanity you can find a hair dryer as well as a first aid kit.

Bedrooms:
All the beds in the house offer comfort, support, and they will have your snoring before your head hits the pillow.

- When walking towards the hallway, bedroom one will be to your left. This bedroom has two single beds in it. Perfect for the kids!
- Bedroom two is in the middle and has a queen bed in it.
- Bedroom three is located to the right and has a queen mattress with some good space.
- The master bedroom is in the basement. The king mattress will provide you with a supportive feel and make you feel like you are resting on a cloud that was perfectly sculpted by angels.
- Sleep matters and that is why we made sure to get quality mattress so that you can get that beauty rest and wake up each morning feeling fresh.

Downstairs Bathroom:
- This bathroom is incredibly spacious! Not only do you get the standing shower but also a nice tub to soak in!

- You have two options: 1) get a quick rinse and audition for American Idol as you sing an amazing rendition of “I Want It That Way” by the Backstreet Boys OR you can sink into a tub of bubbles and be swept off your feet and carried to the land of relaxation by a majestic bird, the choice is yours!!
- The vanity offers two sets of sinks that allow for double the getting ready speed. The new vinyl flooring also blends well with the light tones.

Downstairs Living Space:
- This is a great area to hang out with family and friends. There is a nice nook that has a TV waiting for you to watch your favorite shows.
- Your seating options include a larger couch as well as a chair and both are quite comfy!
- The washer and dryer are located to the right when you come down the stairs.
- This is where you will find our beautiful hand painted mural done by a local artist. Snap a selfie or take a group photo and show off that you visited Fargo on the great plains of North Dakota oh ya youuuu betcha!
- Overall, the downstairs living space is a nice quiet area to escape to relax.

Parking:
- The one stall garage is a space for you to use during your stay!
- You will be able to fit one car in the garage and one car in the driveway.
- Street parking is also available during select times so please check the signs! Also be aware that during the college season students will be parking on this street.

Do not smoke anywhere in or on the premises, including the street.
Quiet Neighborhood that is located in North Fargo close to North Dakota State University and Downtown Fargo. Please respect the neighbors and follow the 10pm - 6am quiet hours.
