This spacious condo can host up to EIGHT guests and features an open living room, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area, and BBQ grill. With its hog-themed decor, our space is ideal for all you Razorback fans out there! Two FREE PARKING spots make for an ideal DT stay.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by our open living room complete with comfy seating for the whole crew. Enjoy our Smart TV equipped with CABLE & streaming services so you can watch the big game from home - if you're not in the stands, that is. Just off the living room, you'll find our fully equipped kitchen, complete with the essentials you'll need to create your favorite meals when you're not indulging in Fayetteville's food scene. Located at the bar, you'll find four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying your meals.

Off the living room and kitchen area, you'll find two sets of double doors which lead to our outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill.

Back inside, our home has 4 beds - two beds downstairs and two beds upstairs:
(1) Our King bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, clothing rack and nearby bathroom.
(3-4) Upstairs, you'll find a shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. The bed to the left of the stairs has access to a Smart TV with streaming services.

Interested in experiencing the nature of the Ozarks? You are only 0.2 miles away from the Razorback Greenway Trails, where you can easily access all of Fayetteville's favorites! Feeling extra adventurous? Walk, bike, or run through nature-surrounded trails to access all of Northwest Arkansas!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Highly dissatisfied!
Upon arrival to our Vrbo, we discovered the unit had not been cleaned even though we arrived AFTER our posted check in time. I immediately called Cohova rentals and the first thing I was asked was if I wanted it to be cleaned. After our party of 5 adults waited in limbo for about 45 minutes, we were told someone would come clean it. We hauled all of our stuff back out so housekeeping could come in. We then left to try to find something to do but in reality we were all looking to come in and RELAX. A bit after 9:20 pm, almost 7 hours after posted checkin time, we were notified that the unit was ready. Since our initial check in issue, dealing with Cohova has been a nightmare. From offering us a gift card to a restaurant to ignoring my calls, texts and pleas for help to find a solution, their customer service couldn’t act anymore unconcerned if they tried. Vrbo has been notified and the issue has been escalated. Depending on how much help I receive from them, I will probably be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. A big part of my weekend was consumed with trying to find a resolution. I have an email from them stating they will charge for every hour we are there past checkin. Doesn’t it seem fair that the same should apply to every hour that we could not check in? Obviously not to Cohova properties. They offered me 20% back on my 2 night stay and said we could stay 2 hours later for checkout. Don’t stay or book anything with Cohova properties!

Comfortable and Handy!
My sisters stayed at this beautiful home while in town for a family Christmas. It was comfortable and everyone had plenty of private space. We ate at US Pizza and Hammontree’s, which were within walking distance. Since this rental is in the heart of downtown Fayetteville we were just a short distance from the beautiful Christmas lights on the square and TheaterSquared, where we watched a play. The location is excellent if you want to be in the excitement of Fayetteville but quiet and private at the same time. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time!

Great location close to all the restaurants and downtown plaza. A little noisy on weekend nights since it is a college area. Expect a lot of steep stairs which I do not remember being mentioned in the description. The two upstairs beds are in two separate lofts. Place was clean, nicely decorated, everything worked and cozy. Check in and out was a breeze.

Awesome location and nice to have reserved parking. Very clean and well stocked home. Have to bring luggage up a flight of stairs to get into home and no bathroom on upper level, but the positives far outweigh. Would stay again!

The condo was really nice and we loved the location. Just what was pictured and we were expecting. The ceiling are high which translates to a lot of steps. Something to keep in mind depending on your party. No bath is upstairs which can mean that someone is traversing a lot of stairs in the nighttime. We got used to it and enjoyed our stay a lot. Just something to keep in mind.

Great condo and location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Was as advertised and communication was very good. Very comfortable, well stocked, great location. Definitely recommend! Weather did almost prevented us from traveling, which would have meant losing out on the condo/money, but we prevailed. If needing to book further out, will do a hotel instead for cancellation/rebooking flexibility.

Razorback Homecoming
We booked this unit to attend homecoming and everything was great. Amazing location! The bed was a little hard on the first floor guest room so we chose to sleep on the one the upstairs and it was much better.
