Our home is just STEPS away from the Razorback Football Stadium (with a view of it off our porch!), 1 mile to Bud Walton Arena, and a quick 5-minute drive to Baum-Walker Stadium. With our TWO giant front porches, large open concept living space, and a kitchen perfect for Razorback festivities, you'll never want to leave. This fully decked out Razorback-themed home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 14 guests.

With a large island and kitchen bar top, our fully equipped kitchen will be the perfect spot to whip up your favorite meals and snacks. Want to watch two programs at once? Our secondary living space, just off of the kitchen, features another large smart TV and a fireplace. The real showstopper is our giant double-decker front porches with unbeatable views of the Razorback Football Stadium! 

When it's time to unwind at the end of an adventure-packed day, our SIX maximum luxury bedrooms will not disappoint. Our home features not one, but TWO California King-size beds for the ultimate sleeping experience! Additionally, our home features a third King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 Twin beds in a private bedroom, a trundle with 1 Queen & 1 Twin bed, and a Queen air mattress for added sleeping space.

When you're ready to take the festivities outside, our large fenced-in front yard was made for yard games and letting your youngest crew members run around!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Amazing spacious home!
This home exceeded our expectations. The location is steps from campus on a quiet corner; making our visit to the campus super convenient! The rooms are huge with comfortable, clean beds and bathrooms. The perfect spot for multiple families or a large group to stay. Communication with management was timely and easy. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

Family Time
The property was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everyone in our family loved it! Our favorite part was the front porch. We enjoyed ending each day on the porch talking and playing games. We could not have asked for better communication from the property manager. They made sure we felt welcome and kept us well-Informed. We plan to return to this home often.

Phenomenal house
We loved our stay in this house over a long weekend in July. In town for a family reunion, we had three generations in the house. The bedroom on the ground floor ensures that those who have more trouble climbing stairs can be comfortable. The house is large enough that everyone can have their own space, but there are multiple large gathering spaces for everyone. The decor is so fun, the porches are wonderful, the house is fully stocked, there is plenty of parking, and location is fabulous. Close to campus, restaurants, trails, yet still feels private.

Family Wedding Weekend
The place is amazing! Our son was getting married in Fayetteville and it was perfect for us, our parents, our sons, and their fiancés and two nieces. The very large kitchen island was great for visiting and all of the living areas and bedrooms were VERY spacious. Everything was clean and the beds were all comfortable. We had everythng we needed in the way of kitchen items etc. It was well equipped with pots, pans, containers, dishes, and small appliances. The location is perfect if you are in town for a Razorback game! We loved the property! The one thing that was a bit of a surprise was that the two twin beds in a separate room can only be accessed by going through the master bedroom. This was fine for us and would be great for families with small children but it could be an issue if the people in the master did not want the people in the twin room to go through their room. There is a lot of outdoor space on this property and the full length porches across both levels was amazing! There was plenty of seating on both levels including porch swings. We had a small plumbing issue and called management. They were very responsive and had a plumber there that resolved this issue very quickly. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect place for 3 families
What an amazing house! Each family had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space. All essentials provided from towels, blankets, Coffees, paper towels, trash bags, laundry,etc. The porches for drinking coffee with a view of campus was ideal. It was also the ideal jumping off place for loads of local activities. Mt biking, paddle boarding, gravel riding, rock climbing. Communication with host was practically instant. Well done!

Spring break Game Day Fun
Four moms, eight kids braved it to Fayetteville for a baseball game and some spring break fun. The property was magnificent and we’ve already discussed booking again for a football game weekend. It was spacious, graciously stocked with necessities, clean and at an excellent location (if you’re there for ballgames). The house is in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks up the hill from the football stadium so no college noise or heavy traffic. Our only complaint is the WiFi and Dish satellite did not cooperate or have decent instructions to follow. We had to mirror the basketball games to the tv with our phones because the dish would not connect to the Joey receiver. The house is full of smart tvs and has WiFi but would not connect despite our efforts (and multiple technology savvy teens present). Would 9/10 recommend this property and 10/10 if the dish satellite is working to watch games!

Great Time!
My family from three states stayed here so that we could attend a Razorback basketball game. The house was clean, large, and so close to campus. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, but the favorite was the front porch! We would definitely recommend this property to others and would rent again!
