Lafayette Flats: Vier moderne Ferienwohnungen in einem historischen Gebäude.

Die einzigartigen Lofts befinden sich in den oberen beiden Etagen eines 100 Jahre alten Steinhauses. Das Innere des Gebäudes wurde liebevoll renoviert und mit neuen Elektro-, Sanitär- und Heizungs- / Kühlungssystemen ausgestattet, wobei jedoch ein Großteil des ursprünglichen architektonischen Details und Charmes erhalten wurde.

Wohnung Nr. 3, Quinnimont befindet sich im dritten Stock. Sie werden zwei große kunstvolle Treppenhäuser hinaufsteigen, um zu Ihrer schönen Wohnung zu gelangen.

Lafayette Flats is an excellent place for a couple to stay. It’s convenient to local tourists sights, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and stocked with high end supplies. We loved the historic old building and easy walks to a couple of unique locally owned breakfasts locations. I would recommend to any couple looking for a relaxing getaway stay. The only negative we found was that dinner locations are limited through the week. Several interesting dinner locations don’t open until Thursday. Everything else was very much to our liking.

Extremely unique property (in a very good way)
Fayetteville likes to claim (for good reason) that it is the coolest small town, and Lafayette Flats has to be the coolest accommodations in Fayetteville. My wife and I agreed that this rental had to be one of the most unique short-term rentals that we every had. The property was immaculately clean, and the unit was well furnished and stocked. But it was the incredible artwork and impeccable taste that the owners displayed that really stood out We would definitely come back if we return to the New River Gorge area.

Perfect change up for a out of town date night
Everything was great! We stayed just one night. Within walking distance to several coffee shops, bars, boutiques and vintage stores. Everything was as described and pictured. They have everything you need, plenty of linens. We took advantage of the board games! The only thing I could say negative is the bed is definitely for people who like a firm mattress. It is made of memory foam but it was a little too firm to our liking. It would also be nice to have a king size bed in there instead. Everything else was perfect! Thank you so much!

Lafayette Flats (Amy & Shawn) was the absolute best. A great place to stay.
Lafayette Flats is a lovely place to stay when in Fayetteville. The communication from the owners (Amy & Shawn) was amazing. Everything from activities to dining to just simply the local culture was provided. As for the Flats, they are perfect. Very clean and everything a person would need...plus more. Right in the thick of things
Our stay at the Quinnimont Flat at Lafayette Flats in Fayetteville was a treat! We were within walking distance of several restaurants (Cathedral Cafe, Pies and Pints, the Stache for ice cream) and had a nice kitchen to heat up the leftovers. It was a short drive to the New River Gorge Visitor Center, the bridge, and Ace Adventures where we booked our whitewater rafting trip. All kinds of little touches and comfy furniture and bed.

Great Weekend Getaway
The Lafayette Flats is a great place to stay. This is our 3rd trip to the New River Gorge to spend a weekend hiking and enjoying the small town atmosphere of Fayetteville. We have stayed in the Nuttal, Corten and now the Quinnimont flat. Looking forward to a return trip next year to stay in the Eddy.

My wife and I were told that “we need to see and experience this place”. Our friend knew us well because the Flats were even better than we had anticipated. The art that lined the path to our space was like walking through an art exhibit due to the variety of styles and mediums. Once we entered our area we said, “wow” with our first step in. This became a trend as we familiarized ourselves with each space. Every layout, every texture, and every room in this Flat was perfectly laid out-just an amazing example of how to design a place with function and beauty. Gorgeous, peaceful and serene
Where do I begin? This is truly a luxurious flat! We were impressed from the very beginning of the rental process. Amy was so helpful and answered all of our questions, and since this loft is in my hometown, I knew exactly what a gorgeous view of our courthouse we would have during our stay! Every detail was carefully thought out, from the Fiestaware in the kitchen to the bathroom with two pedestal sinks (we stayed in Quinnimont). The local artists--including my best friend of 30 years--have works beautifully displayed throughout the lofts and hallways. The building is nearly 120 years old, and it is evident how carefully Amy and Shawn preserved the beauty of it during their renovations. That tub is worth the whole price of the stay, lol! We will most definitely rent this flat again anytime my husband and I can make it for a visit. If you want to visit my beautiful home state of WV for some outdoor adventures, we highly recommend Lafayette Flats.

Excellent Experience in Quinnimont at Lafayette Flats
My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Fayetteville and stayed in Quinnimont at Lafayette Flats. This will be my go-to lodging option for future adventures to the New River area! The flat was even better than pictured and located within walking distance of everything in town. We loved all of the WV art featured throughout the property and the hosts provided excellent local recommendations that were so helpful in making the most of our fall weekend. No detail was overlooked! I highly recommend this spot and hope to return in the future!

What can I say about Lafayette Flats that I haven’t already said before? These flats are always phenomenal and immaculate! If you’re looking for one of a kind accommodations in the New River Gorge National Park, absolutely look no further! We stayed with a group of friends for the first time during this visit, and we occupied the entire building with our group. We spent the first night of our stay doing a “wine crawl” throughout the building - enjoying different wines and soaking up the art and beauty of each flat. It was such a fun experience! Consider booking a flat with three of your closest friends and making a fun weekend out of enjoying each flat, hiking, eating and taking in all the New River Gorge has to offer!

Perfect Couple National Park Get Away!
My fiance and I like to cross a National Park off of our list every year and this year decided to go with the newest - New River Gorge! The Lafayette Flats was an experience all in itself! Not only was the flat beautiful, comfortable, close to the park, clean and everything we needed it also is FILLED with the most beautiful art! I was discovering something new at every turn!
