The location was right on Ottertail Lake, with beautiful sunsets that I'm sure are even more lovely when it's not frozen. The home was well-appointed with wood-burning and gas fireplaces, comfortable couches and beds (some very low to the ground), and stylish furnishings. „The property was peaceful. Lots of birds flittering about. If you like to fish, especially for bass this is a great place. Every 2 hour trip I took out I caught 10-15 bass. All 3.5+ pounds. The largest was over 5 and I had multiple that size. The location of the fire pit right by the lake was a perfect end to the days. Will definitely be booking again. There are some minor spruce up repairs to be made but communication with the host indicated they plan to do those this year. “

„The cabin itself while small is really nice. It wasn't really warm while we were there, the AC worked well. The lot is a nice lot with good flat ground by the lake and the shore is sand. We didn't use the washing machine, but the dryer was nice to have for wet clothes. The issues I had with the place is that while it is sand bottom it was very weedy. The neighbors either pull weeds or have a weed roller. The owners didn't do any of that. So if you are planning on swimming at the cabin ...

"We booked online and the communication via Mail was fast and easy. We got the code for the room and figured out, that we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony towards the street. No traffic at night and all the guest from the bar downstairs behaved extremly well. No slamming cardoors or loud farewells. The rooms would need a little more attention, but they where clean. We had dinner in the restaurant. What surprises us was, that all glasses had "waterdrops" on it. Every owner of a dishwasher would ad some salt and rinse andwould never put glassses like that on the table. "
