„We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.“

„The house was exactly as advertised! Clean, plenty of bedrooms and the dining table was big enough for game night! Check in was so easy and Darlene was so easy to talk to and very accommodating! “

„The house was big and beautiful! Very easy to check in and the manager was great getting back to me when I had questions. the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice. Loved the gas stove in the living room for heat. The kids (and adults) loved watching the birds at the feeder. The only thing we would change is having a tv in the living room. When grandsons wanted to watch tv, someone had to be in the basement with them. So then the family was separated. But maybe ...

„This house was perfect for our family gathering in my wife’s hometown. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, and a large dining/living room area for a family meal and space to visit. The beds were comfortable. 2 grandsons claimed the room in the basement with a couch and loveseat. This will definitely be top of our list again if we have another family gathering here. Large smart TV in the main room. Smaller TV in some of the bedrooms. Nice book collection, and some DVD’s.“

„This property worked out great for our family of 5 when we were in town for an event! Lots of space and very comfortable! We appreciated the little amenities like fans, extra chargers, games, several TVs, coffee machine with pods, etc. The stairs to the second floor are steep so could be challenging for people with mobility issues but there are bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. Owner responded quickly when I reached out with a question. We would definitely stay there again if we were ...
