„Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual.“

„The property is excellently located for the local beach which our dogs loved. Local amenities were as you’d expect for a seaside area. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were tidy. “

„Arriving in the dark we had our first view of the sea from our bed the next morning - albeit through the window at the opposite end of the accommodation. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and the whole place was spotless. The one feature which we hadn't noted from the description and which took a while to get used to, was the sloping roof. My head survived. „What a stay we had in this fantastic home! I can’t thank Jaqueline enough! Everything was so easy - we were in contact throughout the year and every question I asked was answered right away. We stayed in a group of 22 - bed situation absolutely fine! Had the mad platters afternoon tea - wow the set up was stunning ! The food was incredible! We booked a silent disco and done it inside the house. We had enough room to do this upstairs in the kitchen / dining area. - it was incredible Everyone ...

"A very good hotel near Brighton Station, which is only a short foot walk away. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was plentyful and delicious."

"No bedside plugs, besides the bed, the room was quite dirty with dust all over the place, sticky leftovers on the bedside tables and hair in the shower. The sink didn’t look cleaned properly as the overflow was covered in grime and lime. Housekeeping should be advices to be more into detail and less into fast cleaning. Besides that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the train station as well as the complete town"

"Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage, direkt in Brighton, am Strand und am Pier. Das Haus selbst wirkt von außen etwas heruntergekommen und kann auch innen hier und da eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Unser Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bot nicht besonders viel Platz und war in die Hotelhalle gerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches, extrem teures Parkhaus (The Lanes Car Park, Gebühr für 2 Tage MIT Hotelrabatt = 56 Pfund!)."

"We felt welcome. WIFI could automatically be offered, instead to being asked to register yourself to become a member of the hilton Honors group to obtain WIFI for your stay. The additional/optional breakfast room (in case the main breakfast Room the 1850 is full due to peak time) could be renewed. This room needs a little makeover, tables were old and appeared dirty. Only a suggestion. Nevertheless,we had two lovely days in double tree hotel. Staff were very friendly. "
