"Comfortable and well equipped hotel close to the Cairo Airport. Friendly staff always trying their best to help the guests. Ms. Zeynab from housekeeping was very helpful with a smiling face and confidence. Another positive experience we had was at the Dinner at the Il'Giardino Restaurant with the Manager Mr. Walied who was extremely understanding and served the food immediately as we had hungry kids with us. Also Mr. Zakaria the Manager at the restaurant was very kind to us and he served us freshly cut watermelon when I asked him whether these were finished. So all in all, the staff at this Hotel is really customer centric and you'll be in good hands when you book a stay at this hotel."
