„The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. „新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。“

„I spent 2 months in this apartment, and it was as described. The view to the pyramids was great and the cleanliness of the apartment was top. The apartment is located directly with the locals, who were super friendly and always helpful. From there you see a true picture of Giza with the camels, horses and TucTucs. „The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars“

„Initially I was a little concerned booking this property because it had no reviews on Expedia, but I was traveling with a group if 5 and needed at least 4 bedrooms. This option was in the Downtown Cairo area and was priced great, as well as had the bedrooms we required - it's also HUGE. When I reached out to Salah, the owner of the property, he was more than accommodating and very responsive. This property is in a superb location. It was walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bank etc. ...

„We needed a place to stay the day with our dog after our flight into Cairo until our landlord could give us keys to our apt. Navian was very accommodating and our dog loved playing with her dog and running around as we loved the pool and rest for the day. Navian even called us to check on us a few days later.“

„We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so ...

"Great professional staff, rooftop restaurant view is amazing to see the pyramids and sphinx! Breakfast is unfortunately not European standard, but there is a great selection of food. They organized a top private tour to the museums with a absolute professional tour guide, language in German for me and my spouse. So I believe any language is available for any tour you want to do. If you have a 3 night stay, you can have a shuttle for free for whatever you want to do with it. (Not only airport) All in all a very pleasant stay! I definitely would stay here again."

"Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man eine Unterkunft in Gizeh im Bereich der Pyramiden sucht. Von der Dachterrasse und einigen Zimmern hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Pyramiden. Man kann jeden Abend von dort gratis die Sound&Light-Show genießen. Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und man fühlt sich einfach wohl und sicher. Man wird herzlich aufgenommen und gerade auch als Alleinreisende/r ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit der Einrichtungen ist für ägyptische Verhältnisse völlig ok. Ich würde das Pyramids View Inn jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team!"

"We spent 3 nights at the Kempinski Nile Hotel and felt very welcome and safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished and offer everything you need. Unfortunately, despite the soundproof windows, the street noise (car horns) outside is so audible in the rooms that you almost need earplugs to sleep. We particularly liked the roof terrace with the heated pool and the amazing view over the Nile and Cairo. The breakfast buffet was also varied, fresh and delicious. The only thing is that the waiters at breakfast should always come straight away and ask if you would like coffee or tee. We would choose the Kempinski Nile Hotel again on our next visit."
