„The property is in a great location in downtown Gulf Shores with easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. It was also an easy access to the beach and the Gulf. The unit needs some upgrades, especially with the kitchen stove top. The living room furniture was not comfortable. We did enjoy our stay and would consider returning to Phoenoix All Suites.“

„Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I had an issue, however. I decided to extend my stay by two days, and I guess there was some confusion with my door code. Someone tried to enter my room around noonish (which is well before the 4pm check in time). I’m glad I had the door clip on the door because I would have been face to face with a complete stranger. I recommend that going forward, door codes should be changed after each guest has vacated the property so that this doesn’t occur again, and ...

„Everything was great! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shower. Very little water pressure so showering was a little annoying. Otherwise, all was perfect! “

„I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location“

The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. „As a mom of 5 boys ranging in ages from 22 down to 9 and 2 almost daughter I laws this is as a first for us in Orange Beach. A first for the 11 and 9 year old at the beach at a real beach anyway. My oldest will be married June 2025 and we loved this experience and this home and we look forward to many more vacations there. I’m looking at homes to buy in the next few year to even move there so the kids can always vacation in Orage beach Alabama. “

„We got this condo at the surp of the moment last minute trip. It was small but mighty. It had everything we needed for that weekend. The property grounds were clean and quiet. It was plenty of pools and stuff to do, and the beach was in walking distance. We had so much fun and was well relaxed during and after our trip. Would most definitely book this condo again.“

"Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgewohnt und nicht mehr auf einem mit guten Hyatt Place vergleichbaren Stand. Das gilt auch für das angebotene Frühstück. Wegen der Lage weit außerhalb von Birmingham geht das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nur eingeschränkt in Ordnung."
