„Really enjoyed staying the property. Exceptionally close to food, groceries, etc. The highlight is the rooftop balcony! Beautiful views from there. Great host! “

„The house is located in a great neighborhood, easy access for the Metro and Old Town shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the historic aspect and decor of the main area. The downstairs was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and the bedrooms were comfortable. A notable drawback was the bathrooms which were very small but adequate. The property was very clean . We would recommend it for your trip to DC.“

„The Unit was nice enough. We had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We never felt unsafe. Just be aware that the final check in procedure was a invasion of privacy. I did not complete this step. I booked the unit based on an early check in time of 12:00. Of course this became a problem. Communication within their system is not good.“

„Our family enjoyed a beautiful weekend in Old Town at this historic, lovely row home. Parking was easy and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere we wanted to go (which included a water taxi excursion, great restaurants and the amazing farmers market all just a few blocks away). The outdoor space was great too! Genevieve was a wonderful hostess! “

„Loved my stay! Close to everything!“

„Check in went smooth. The lock box took a minute to find. Checking out and putting the keys back in the lock box took two of us. We left at 6 am to go to work and had to put keys in lock box outside by the tree. It was so dark we used our flashlights. But the shiny metal from the dials made it impossible to read the numbers. We used mine as a flashlight and coworker used his camera. “

„Had three college friends come to visit. We had some things we wanted to do in Arlington, Alexandria and the National Harbor area. We also thought we might go into DC, but didn't end up doing so. This home was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do. The landlord is friendly and helpful. The property is safe and well appointed. We had a wonderful stay and we all were sad to leave. Major plus - There are quite a few great restaurants within walking distance. “

„Lovely home, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. Midway between the river and the metro station, one block from King St. and the King Street Trolley for lots of dining options. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, including Keurig and K-cups. Large walk-in closet with iron, ironing board, and lots of hangars. Exactly the right size for two people. Alles lief sehr effektiv und problemlos zu einem guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, weil in der zweiten Reihe einer Hauptstraße in der Altstadt. Also mittendrin aber doch ruhig. Die Kommunikation via Text war immer sehr schnell und Jen hat uns alle Fragen ...

„The property owner was very easy to deal with and communicated well. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and we would highly recommend using it again.“

„We enjoyed how close this place is to the old town Alexandria. It is located in a safe, family oriented neighborhood. The free bus made it easy to head to old town for dinner and sight seeing. Unfortunately we were there during unusually hot weather. The central air struggled to keep up. The window units were helpful but loud. Small details would make this place even better, such as replacing some broken blinds and fixing falling curtains.“

"Sehr angenehmes Hotel was aber auch seinen Preis hat. Bei meiner ersten Übernachtung ( 2 Tage) war ich im Zimmer 210 untergebracht. dort hatte ich ein ständiges Klopfen, wenn der Fahrstuhl unterwegs war. Später auf meiner Rückreise in Zimmer 445 und das Klopfen war nicht mehr vorhanden."

"The hotel is practically in the immediate proximity of the trademark and patent offices. The rooms and the gym area are adequate and everything important is available and everything works. However, this hotel could do with a makeover. I was dissatisfied with the breakfast, which should be included. There is no buffet here, but I only got coupons after asking for. These could then only be exchanged for two very limited breakfast options and this also caused problems, so that I ultimately had to pay for my breakfast."
