„Sweet historical home. Very welcoming, had all the VRBO little needs on hand. Coffee, coffee maker, coffe filter, fresh sponge, dishwasher, washer and dryer with laundry soap, body wash. Bathrooms were very clean. Comfortable sleeping areas and living room. Host was very kind and courteous! “

„This was the perfect place for us and the kids to get away to! The house and surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. Tons of space for the kids to run and play, a huge porch to relax on, and the beds were all so comfortable nobody had any issue sleeping. Will absolutely be back!“

„WaterView Manor House was a nice quiet setting for our family gathering. Walks through the trees or to the gazebo to take in the view were relaxing. There was ample sleeping space for our large family! The Manor home was very clean and stocked well with bath towels etc. The kitchen isn’t huge but you’ll find plenty of adjacent places to eat around the kitchen. „This is such a cosy house! I adore the floor plan, the huge backyard, the front porch! I personally love hearing the far away trains passing by, definitely not an obnoxious sound just peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! We were able to bake my 4 year olds cake and celebrate his birthday! It's right between richmond and Fort Lee/Fort Gregg-Adams so its a very minimal commute whicever direction. We qould definitely stay here again!“

„We had planned a family reunion because my daughter was getting married and we wanted to have the family and the bridal party at one location. We booked 2 of the three locations on this property, The Gem (main house) and the Manor house for the bridal party. The location was perfect! The Gem house was incredibly unique, clean with a large out door deck right along the water. We had upwards of 25 people that we entertained throughout the weekend with the family and bridal party. „Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay.“

„My family and I traveled to Powhatan for a wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek. The house and the town had such a beautiful small town vibe that was such a perfect place for us to hang out and get ready. We were able to enjoy the owners restaurant, which was right across the street, and an adorable coffee shop. There was also a great park nearby with walking trails and playground for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! “

„House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed. “

„Tina's home was so clean, so well equipped and just super comfortable! My family enjoyed it immensely, cooked a wonderful meals for elderly relatives who we were visiting and loved the screened in porch. Would stay here again in a minute!!!“

„This house is a great little property but the bamboo is annoying. Had to remove some of the cut down trees so they wouldn't scratch mour cars. Great pool table plenty of room for the group.“
