„Our stay didn’t go as planned as it rained, snowed and was cold the whole time. However the home was very nice and the little touches, like a basket a snacks, stocked bathroom supplies made the stay very enjoyable.The owners go above and beyond to make it feel homey unlike most rentals we have used.“

„The property was very clean. Thought it was nice that they left some snacks in a couple sample bottles of the local brown water.Only critique is the bed could have been a little more comfortable and a whole lot quieter and I would suggest leaving some dish cloths and some dawn detergent to help with dish cleanup“

„This is a great house, exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful. Despite the weather not quite cooperating with our plans, we still had an amazing time in the house and were never bored. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive to our questions. DEFINITELY, we would love to return with a group of friends/family when the weather is a bit warmer to really take advantage of this awesome location.“

„Our party of 12 came together from all across the country and this location to celebrate the big 4-0 by touring some distilleries on the bourbon trail. This home was in a prime location to be able to fit in some of our favorites in the same day. There was more than enough room for all 12 of us; the cabin is stunning, cozy, and inviting; and their customer service is on point. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the memories that will last all of us a lifetime!“

„Stated 2 nights here while traveling to southern state. Had a chance to see rural Kentucky & it was refreshing.“

„The place was decorated nicely and clean. Small but was great. Now my criticism 1 the steps to get into and out of the house were difficult for us in our late 60s and 70s. No real comfortable outside and the bathtub was slick. The 24 hour notice of the information about the stay was not prompt. The place was close to so much and we had a wonderful time..“

„The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance. ...

„This is the second year we have rented this property because it is perfect for our group attending the National Farm show in Louisville. We loved the location with great restaurants in walking distance. Great coffee shop below the property. Love the historic district.Property manager was wonderful. The only drawback is the steep stairs that could be difficult for some people. “

„This is a lovely little house. It a tiny bit hard to find at first but then I figured it out. Super clean. The town lovely and cute. Very quite. My dog loved the backyard. “

„It makes no sense to stay in a hotel when this unit is available. Perfect for a single or couple. Close to Chevy Chase and downtown. Very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Dru is a first class host. Very attentive. “

„My large family of four children thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. There was plenty to do with the hot tub and game room while simultaneously not being on top of each other due to the large rooms with attached bathrooms. Location was very close to Lexington downtown and it was easy for us to get to the south side to see family.One suggestion would be to upgrade to a tankless as the temptation to take longer showers and baths was high in the nicely designed bathrooms!“

„This place was great! The house is exactly as described on line. I’m handicapped and worked really well for my needs. Parking is right next to the house. There’s one 3 inch step onto the front porch and one 3 inch step into the house. The bathrooms are both low level and easily accessible. Bedroom s were large with smart TVS. The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. There’s a dining room with table and another table near the kitchen counter. The owners did an outstanding job communicating ...

"Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Im Bad waren alle notwendigen Artikel vorhanden. Abzüge gibt es für das nicht vorhandene Frühstück (wahrscheinlich Fehler von Expedia, nicht vom Hotel, aber dennoch mir angekündigt) und für den Empfang, da die Kollegin nicht einmal wusste, welche Veranstaltungen im Ort stattfinden. Alles andere passte gut."

"Gutes Hotel am Stadtrand inkl. Pool. Das Hotel wirkt leider etwas abgewohnt mit sehr dunklen Zimmern und uralten Möbeln. Ansosten jedoch alles sehr gut. In der Nacht sehr ruhig und ein tolles Frühstück."
