„The hubby and I decided to take a trip without the family and just needed a small intimate place to sleep & hang while we explored. It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. “

„Loved the view. Room for all to spread out. Each bedroom with own bathroom plus a half bath on main floor. Loved the garage and fridge on lower level ... And yes, you need to be able to manage steps(which is not a problem unless you have health conditions) secure and safe location. Able to walk around. Plenty of games and kitchen well furnished. Definitely recommend the stay ❤️“

„This was our second time staying at Marshmellow and just as fun as the first. The property is as described, great location near Whitman Hollow but still quiet off the main boat channel into the marina. Water off the dock is great for swimming and hanging out all day! Boat slip is well protected and in good shape for bringing your own boat. Such a fun experience to bring kids onto a floating house!“

„I can't say enough good about this property. Everything was as advertised and then some. Great location on the water, beautiful views, great amenities! More space than I was expecting, too. Angie was a great host! Very accommodating for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! “

„The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in ...

„The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. “

„The space was plenty for our family of 5. The kids loved the slide and the paddle board was enjoyable. The beds were comfy and the ac window units kept it cool. The only thing i wish it had was ice trays. Loved our stay and will definitely be back“

„We all had fun ! We rented a boat and played on the lake. The lake was so beautiful and not busy. The house was great! But no hair dryer and gum on the bed down stairs on the post? Just too many steps to get to the dock?“

„Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. “

„My family was super impressed with this home! It’s huge and offers plenty of space. Having two kitchens was a bonus with our large group. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but someone was sent out immediately and took care of it. They were so nice and helpful! I’d recommend having more bath linens in the bathrooms. Otherwise wonderful stay! We’d come back for sure!“
