„Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. Everything was clean and they provided bottled water when I arrived. I felt very safe at the property as a solo traveler, and had no worries about anyone ...

„The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning. „Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here. “

„Everything was wonderful! The daily cleaning and fresh linens were a special treat for a VRBO! 5 min drive to local beach- you can walk around the peninsula, but it’s probably 20 min.Rooms have great AC, some are smaller than others, but all beds are very comfortable. „It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living.
