„Great time in a lovely house. Thank you. Just for the heads up, there are a couple of things that need attention in the house. The front door lock mechanism needs attention as the screws are loose. Also the head of the shower in the bathroom is full of corrosion and needs replacing. “

„First stayed in these units when they were new in the 90's and this one is certainly looking a bit tired now. It was perfectly clean and furnished cheaply to basic level, but the single beds are rock hard and the mezzanine floor, which is 'bedroom 3', is unusable in the warmer months as there's only a floor fan, no aircon, and the unit in living area has no effect up there. There's no conventional oven and, like other reviewers we couldn't get the microwave to work properly. If there's a trick ...

„We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. The air conditioning is quiet and effective, so we all slept well despite every day topping 40 degrees in the afternoons and the mid 30s at night. The main living space is nice, with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas. While we were there, the WiFi was not working due to a technical problem outside the ...

„Fully self-contained unit had everything we could have asked for, and within a few minutes walk of the town centre. Chatting to locals, we realised the historical importance of the building we were in - having once been the mess hall for American military officers, during WWII.“

With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. The house has a pool which we enjoyed every day, as well as a jetty. Whilst we didn't have a boat, my son loved the fishing off the jetty and did catch fish. „Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much.“

"This is a perfect location for a relaxed stay, enjoying the pool or direct access to the beach. The restaurant had a great atmosphere (especially sitting ourtside) and delicious food. All the tours you want to do will offfer a pick-up service at this hotel. Only 30 min driving distance to the airport Learmonth. Enjoyed my stay very much. "
