„Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time.“

„It was perfect for our extended families needing to stay close to Nadi International Airport (5 min drive) for an early morning flight to Australia or, in our case, a late flight to Canada. „Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Bill und seiner Familie. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, deshalb konnten/wollten wir keine Ausflüge machen. Wir haben die Zeit gemütlich im Haus, im Dorf und am Strand verbracht. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht und keinen Luxus braucht, sollte man unbedingt hierherkommen! Danke nochmals an Bill und seine Familie!“

„We had 4 nights in Navotua villageIt was the highlight of our 3 week holiday Mele looked after our every need and genuinely cared for my husband who arrived at the stay with fish poisoning.We really felt the village surrounded him with love. Luckily he was able to see the doctor and avoided hospital. The Bure on the beach was perfect for rehabilitation,breezy,clean and comfortable. We had meals with a different family each time,always fresh and tasty,plenty of papaya and local delicacies.One ...

"The hotel is conveniently located right by the airport, with clean rooms and a beautiful garden. The staff are very kind and do their best to make guests feel welcome. It’s ideal for a short stopover and was better than expected. Despite its proximity to the airport, there is hardly any noise from the planes. The rooms are a bit sound-sensitive, and the window insulation is more like a wall, but it didn’t significantly affect the overall comfort."

"Frühstück gebucht und extra kassiert, unfreundliche Angestellte=anders als andere Fijianer , ich verstehe schwierige Wetterbedingungen , aber Instandhaltung braucht jedes Hotel und dieses braucht eine kompletter Erneuerung, wenig Plätze am Pool, kaum Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.Dieses Hotel ist nur gut als Zwischenstation zu den kleineren Inseln, Restaurants in der Nähe und 10min in die Stadt mit dem Bus"

"Unterkunft an sich ist wunderschön gestaltet. Die Menschen sehr, sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Zimmer an sich schmutzig, Haare vom Vorgänger, Sand vom Vorgänger. Kein Zahnputzbecher keine Wattepads keine Ohrenstäbchen bei weitem kein Fünf Sterne Niveau!!!!!!! Der total verschlissen mit lauter Knötchen. Spiegel, Dusche verdreckt … da müsste mal ein Manager ran!"

"Ein Ressort in der Nähe vom Airport, aber abgelegen vom Ort. Eine schöne Anlage direkt am Meer. Das Bad der Unterkunft ist jedoch sehr veraltet. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war nicht besonders. Der bestellte Flughafenshuttle vom Ressort zum Airport am Abreisemorgen kam erst, nachdem der Sicherheits-Nacht-Dienst ihn per Telefon erwischt und erinnert hat. "

Könnte ein kleines Paradies sein, wenn nur....

"Das DoubleTree könnte paradiesisch sein, bräuchte aber dringend ein paar Investments. Nicht nur das Resort scheint bessere Tage gehabt zu haben, sondern auch die Angestellten, die nicht sehr viel Kundenorientierung oder Leidenschaft an den Tag legen. Schade, denn die Location und Anreise per Boot (mit dem einzigen wirklich freundlichen Personal) war ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Essen ist leider weder frisch noch von guter Qualität, und man hat keine Wahl, da man auf einer Insel ist. Leider nicht Hilton Standard, sofern nicht dringend investiert wird."
