„The hotel and apartment were great; my only complaint would be that it's a good distance from everything and no where is friendly towards pedestrians; there's a small shopping mall opposite the main road but everywhere else you need to bus/taxi/drive too (including the larger City Centre Bahrain shopping centre which is less than 300m away that you need to walk around and under the highway to get to) but this is more of an issue with Bahrain in general rather than the hotel.“

„A great property with well appointed rooms, good quality facilities and top brand appliances. Housekeeping were really great and all staff were very welcoming and professional. We didn’t have much expectations when booking this property and was a bit nervous about how it would be as we’ve had bad experiences with serviced apartments before however this was truly great and so glad we booked. „While booking it was informed that the luxury villa 02 bedroom will have jetted bathtub which was not available, Moreover, the swimming pool depth is 1.55m without any steps, which is not standard, who can’t swim no way can go to the pool and who can swim also has to swim all the time while in the pool, does not value for the money, “

„Ein echtes Dreckloch!!! Nicht einmal der Tisch war geputzt!!! Alles eklig!! Handtücher musste man erbetteln. Die Vorhänge waren voller Brandlöcher und Malerfarbe. Habe gegen Auftpreis größeres Zimmer bekommen, jedoch gleicher übler Standard. Wasserhähne eklig, defekt und wacklig. Nicht einmal ein Teller oder Messer waren in der Küche vorhanden. Fenster war defekt und somit immer offen und vor lauter Dreck konnte man nicht durchsehen. Balkon war unzugänglich weil laute Kühlung dort installiert ...

„The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed. The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended. “

"Nice hotel in Ok location but years past its prime. There is a big need for updating the common areas and spa/pool facilities. Rooms are up to date but small. Personnel was friendly but service was lacking. Our fridge was not fixed and nobody bothered to inform us. "
