„Our Family and Fur Babies loved our stay at the cabin. Cabin was wonderful and we loved the screened in porch. We visited several Parks that were dog friendly in area, and we liked them all. We especially recommend Bernheim State Park (Home of the Giants). Cabin is close enough to Cave City and we took in some shopping and visited some caves. We really loved the Onyx Cave and Rock Shop. Melissa was absolutely Awesome! She answered any questions we had and was really professional with her job. We ...

„The She Shed was great. Cozy little spot. Stayed for three nights and slept great. The hosts we're awesome: helpful and hospitable. The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. Glamping is where it's at.“

„Loved the wooded location with lake access, proximity and ease of drive to Mammoth Cave. The accommodations were great, and we especially appreciated the complementary hot chocolate and firewood. We were incredibly excited that access to a canoe and paddleboards were included and made great use of these! Will definitely be coming back!“

„The cabin Is exactly as stated. We enjoyed and used the cozy kitchen every morning and night. Each day we spent adventuring the area. At night we used the charcoal grill. Then, after dinner we relaxed in the hot tub. The climb up to the loft was interesting, yet managable. We would come back again in a heartbeat. “

„This place is a true gem! We enjoyed hiking the picturesque forest trails and breathtaking stargazing in the lovely fall weather. Wishing we had at least one more night in this majestic loft, which has everything you need for perfect relaxation!✨“

„ The proximity to the things we wanted to do made this a good choice. We enjoyed the layout of the place, esp. the porches to enjoy coffee and watch wildlife. Our bed was was comfortable as well, very important to us. Appreciated the washer/dryer! A note to navigation: Having read another of the reviews that expressed concern about Hilltop Road, we found Jaggers Rd to be a great option as it is paved. “

„The property is incredibly cozy with all the amenities you might need. It is a short walk down to the lake and the surroundings are beautiful. The only downside was having to leave.“

„Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place.“

„We had a lovely, peaceful stay at this house. The deck was amazing, the views were spectacular. We enjoyed waking up to see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, birds and more. The fall color and fog rising off the water just added to the beauty. It was close enough to Mammoth Cave that we made trips on two separate days quite easily. The kitchen enabled us to make several meals. I will say one of the showers was a little on the tight side for my husband, who is over six feet, but it was manageable. ...

„Amazing accommodations “

„We went to Mammoth caves for a fun trip. Our Vrbo house was amazing! Had all the amenities of home, a wonderful fire pit, and my most favorite feature was the large screened in porch in the backyard. We could all be together, and enjoy the outside air and sounds without being eaten alive by the bugs!“

„It was beautiful, clean, the “extras” of s’mores, fire pit materials, hot tub towels, the bin full of personal care items commonly left at home were above and beyond any VRBO we have ever stayed in. Thank you to our hospitable hosts and we will be visiting again! “

„Great location. Adorable house. Beautiful view! We saw deer every day, caught some fish, and saw a bald eagle fly over. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 pre teens. The house was the perfect size. Only negatives were that there was no table to eat at other than outside which would have been fine if it hadn’t been 90 and super humid :). Also, showered are small. A bigger framed person may have trouble maneuvering. Other than. That it was absolutely wonderful!“
