„We had a wonderful stay. Dan and Norah were easy and timely to communicate with. All questions answered quickly and they were very willing to make sure the stay was everything we hoped it would be. The views and privacy are very nice. The home is comfortable - both fireplaces inside work nicely, and furniture is very comfortable. Location is nice - quiet, yet only 15 minutes from multiple towns for food, drinks, activities. We'd definitely go back in the future!“

„A great place to stay in Birchwood with friends and family. The place was clean and had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. The host was friendly, helpful, and accommodating at every point during the booking process. The only issue we came across was the slightly confusing access road...perhaps additional signage would help clarify direction toward the property a bit better. Otherwise, no complaints! „This was our third visit. We have gotten pretty good at dealing with the heating issues. Cold (41 degrees when we arrived) in the lower level and hot on the top 2 floors. This time we had a new challenge. We had to limit our water usage due to the septic system being frozen. I appreciated the extra effort the owner made to have the holding tank pumped rather than cancel our reservation, but it was stressful not knowing if each toilet flush might be the one that maxed out our 1000-gallon ...
