„The property is beautiful and private which we loved. We did wish there had been a bigger communal dining table so we could have all gathered in one space, but we made it work with the addition of two card tables that we brought. It has a wonderful kitchen - the appliances were wonderful, but it was severely under appointed. No serving bowls, one mixing bowl, one frying pan and an odd mix of flat baking pans and utensils. There were several scuff marks, etc on walls, so it had a somewhat unclean ...

„The house itself is great, the view is beautiful! We loved seeing deer each day! However, the property needs maintenance, the interior needs upkeep (light bulbs out, remotes need batteries, Master Bathroom sink remains clogged, interior drawers and cabinets need cleaned but the biggest concern was pest control (too many live roaches!) “

„This house accommodated our family of 16 perfectly. We came with 10 adults and 6 kids under 4 and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were there the week of the hurricane but Gainesville did not disappoint! We found an amazing children’s play place and a trampoline park, the guys managed to get some golf in and the girls some shopping in the cute downtown. The family room/kitchen area is huge and made gathering together fun and easy! Pool area too. Kids of all ages loved the basketball ...

„We had a wonderful weekend with family of all ages! Plenty of room for kids to play and have fun. They loved being in the pool and our elderly mother could sit on the deck on the main level and see everything that was going on! We hope to do it again next year!“

„A group of us ladies traveled from all over and stayed to attend a ministry training. The owner was accommodating and prompt. Take note that the pathway to house is a little steep if you have anyone with limitations. And the coffee pot is a 5cup so if you need larger I would reach out to host as I’m sure he would meet your needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay. “

„The house is huge and fun. 3 game rooms. Great space for 20 people to gather and relax. We did see a few Palmetto bugs during our stay. We would do it again.“

„Just intended to be a crash pad after celebrating a friend's birthday with a few other guys. That's exactly what it was. Nothing fancy, large bedrooms. Limited glassware, furniture and amenities. Potentially cool hangout area on the decks but without any furniture patio furniture, limited chance to enjoy. No grill. We made it work. No real complaints.. it was what i expected. Owner responded quickly to any questions. “
