„Just had the best weekend at this place!! And definately will be back in the summer to rent the pontoon and stay again. Lake is fairly clear. The following were some of the complaints in the reviews. Read the details in the book before attempting to turn both fireplaces on. I didn’t need to call the owners. „The property had everything we needed for having a family get away! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking, the Blackstone was perfect! The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for us all! We had a great time playing pool! The only thing we couldn’t do was get on the lake as the water level is down too far and didn’t reach the dock but the view was spectacular with the fall colors. There is a large table in the dining area that was perfect for playing games. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The lake views were fantastic. We had a great time. “

„The two bedroom apartment was the perfect accommodation for our family attending my niece’s wedding. “

„Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.“

„We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's wedding. I received check-in details via text, which was very convenient. The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!“

„The house and pool are just what you see on line - so nice and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!!“

„The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids.“

"We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog hairs all over the place. We would not book this hotel again. "
