„We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat.“

„House was perfect for our group with a large property good for the kids!“

„We did a winter stay due to family events occurring in January. Because the grandkids are from the south, they never get to experience snow or a frozen lake. It was beautiful views for them to enjoy out of the windows and seeing ice fisherman was a real treat for everyone.There were plenty of beds for everyone and we had no issues with having an infant. The house is a little older but no strange smells or any functional issues and the kitchen was well-stocked. Although we stayed in the winter, ...

„Our group of 8 senior women stayed for 4 nights. We love to travel together but we prefer to each have our own bedroom. This house was perfect for this. There is a large table in the dining area that was perfect for playing games. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The lake views were fantastic. We had a great time. “

„Indoor pool and hot tub were great. The house is huge and there is plenty of room for our large group to not be on top of each other the whole time. Tons of beds and bedrooms. The house had everything we needed to make meals and there were plenty of pool floats for us to use.The property manager and owner were in touch before and during the trip and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was really appreciated. “

„I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place.“

"We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog hairs all over the place. We would not book this hotel again. "
