In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.“

„We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english“

„Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. “

„Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. Will definitely return.“

„The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. “

„The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. “
