„Owner never showed up to let me check in called several times no answer took VRBO an hour to get ahold of owner. Owner canceled my stay several hours after check in. Left me strained and looking for a place to stay. VRBO was unhelpful at helping look or to offer to pay for place for me to stay for a night or two.“

„The property was very clean and suited our needs. However, arriving and seeing how low the lake has apparently been for over a decade was a bummer. The pictures on VRBO need to be updated. We were also unaware we’d be sharing the property with down stairs tenants.“

„The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker.“

„I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. But Not all houses are safe or clean enough to be used as a for profit guest house. I am sure this was someone’s childhood house. However, whoever owns it now has not kept it up. The cleaning crew needs to be fired, It had trash and filth under beds, in corners, all on the cabinets and stove top. One of the toilets had a crack in the bowl and a sink that the water had stained brown. The water is smelly like ...

„Fun weekend get away w close friends and our kids. Spacious house that gives you coastal /lake vibe and a feeling of the country. We saw Deer every evening and morning. Sitting by lake gives you a nicr coastal breeze. Highly recommend this property. “

„Had a great time on this stay. Grizz and Robin were honest, up front about any issues we may encounter there and very friendly. And that was before we even got there. Once we arrived, we were greeted by them and were the best neighbors. The property was clean with plenty of room for 6 adults to occupy for the weekend. „I got a message from the owner that he had some damage and was not going to be able to rent. He said he returned my money and it should show up in my account in a cpl weeks. If he has backed out why do y’all still think I stayed there?“

„Stayed overnight for work event and it was perfect. Very clean and had absolutely everything one would need. We spent some time outside just talking and taking in the South Coast air. I bet when the water is up it is a even better. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick stay.“

„We had the best time!! Our teen loved seeing all the animals!! Lynn was the best hostess!! She had so much information about the animals and the farm. My top priority is cleanliness and a comfortable bed and this had BOTH!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Left feeling refreshed and relaxed!! Thank you!!“

„The place was fantastic the big kitchen island was great for the crowd and the ice machine was a bonus the layout and size of the bedrooms were perfect and we enjoyed the patio a fire pit area in the evenings would definitely rent again“
