„Das Haus liegt ruhig und etwas abseits der anderen Häuser im kleinen, beschaulichen Ort Thorpe bei Ashbourne. Um das Haus herum Wiesen und Berge, sehr gute Wandergelegenheiten in alle Richtungen. Das Haus war erstklassig ausgestattet und wunderschön. Der Pool und die Schwimmhalle waren durchweg beheizt und wahnsinnig toll! Ray war unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett! Wir würden definitiv wieder hier her kommen.“

„Very lovely cottage in small, quiet Bradwell. A warm welcome. Very friendly neighbours, nice pub a few metres down the road. We felt at home and would have loved to stay longer. Parking is available but a bit tricky, very steep roads and narrow bends - the smaller the car, the better! “

„Lovely stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Vicky was always on hand when needed and communication was great - super quick! Loved coming outside to the chickens and seeing the horses when we arrived. We had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend/return!“

„We frequently stay in holiday properties and so know what you can get for £140 / night and sadly this was not up to the standards we would expect. The cottage is lovely, in a lovely sertting but it is very damp with mould around the windows and mildew on the curtains. It was not clean, the tiles in the bathroom were mouldy, under the furniture were dead woodlouse and other remnants of insects, cobwebs everywhere and the lavatory off the main bedroom was very poorly cleaned. The beds were very ...

„We loved our stay the Hay Barn. Perfect size and location for our family getaway. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The area is a firm favourite for us, plenty of lovely towns and activities to do . We would definitely rebook in the future.“

Zimmer okay, Service schlecht, Wo ist das "SPA"

"Der Check In war eher unfreundlich und sehr unpersönlich. Es wurde nur kurz über das Frühstück gesprochen wo das stattfinden soll, wobei das noch mit falscher Uhrzeit. Für das, das es ein SPA Hotel sein soll wurde darüber nichts gesagt und keine Information gegeben wie der SPA zu nutzen geht. Auch auf dem Zimmer keine Broschüre oder sonstigen Angebote wie man als Gast das nutzen kann. Das Zimmer direkt nebem dem Aufzug sollte man meiden da sehr hellhöhrig."

"This was my second stay at the Hampton Hotel and it was the same pleasure as the first: spacious and very clean rooms, excellent breakfast and a very helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city centre, it remains my first choice when coming to Sheffield."

"Classy Hotel in an 18th Century Georgian architectural landmark which was saved by the Hotel Company. Went there first on a rushed business trip and went back half a year later to enjoy it finally with my partner. The pool is warm and not exactly for a sporty swimmer, but is nice with the opportunity to swim outdoors. Beds and Breakfast are excellent and up to the price. After finding the south of England more and more crowded, the Peak District is an area I was happy to discover."

War sicherlich mal was Besonderes

"Vorab, es war sauber. Jedoch kein Zimmerservice. WLAN kostet extra7€. Ebenso die angegebene Sauna und der Parkplatz. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und beim Frühstück laufen zwei Durchlauf Toaster. Das tut schon fast weh was die Umwelt angeht. Die Einrichtung ist brauchbar jedoch nicht hochwertig."
