Yes, there was a little noise at times, but you are right in the middle of town and so that is to be expected - it certainly wasn't a problem. the manager, Rafael, was excellent and arranged a driver from the airport and then on to our next destination, Mindo. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again.“

„We rented the 3BR/3BA unit that is the entire upstairs level of Watzara Wasi. What an incredible and beautifully constructed place! The owner, Rolando, and his lovely wife and kids live downstairs. They allowed us complete privacy but were always available if we needed anything. „We love this house. It is in a fantastic location, close to everything but secluded from street noise. We travel full time and stay in lots of STR. This one is far and above one of the best. It has comfortable furniture, lots of blankets and an extremely well stocked kitchen. We love the fruit and avocado trees. Paulina the property manager is easy to contact and very helpful. We originally booked for 4 week but choose to stay 12 weeks. “

„We were so happy with our accommodations in Cotacachi..at first we thought it might be a bit noisy but we grew to love the location..we had everything we needed…we were so close to everything that we wanted to see and do..the manager of the apartments was so helpful, kind and considerate..overall an awesome holiday.“

"⭐️ Guter Preis 18$ Zimmer ⭐️ Einfacher und freundlicher Checkin ⭐️ Warmwasser vorhanden über beheizten Duschkopf 😁 ⭐️ Wlan vorhanden auch im Zimmer 104 ⭐️ Ich konnte gut schlafen 😴 da mein Zimmerfenster Richtung Flur war. Pünktlich um 7:00 Uhr hat der Baulärm von der nahegelegenen Baustelle 🏗️ begonnen, siehe Video."
