"Receptionist was lovely and very helpful! Our apartment had some issues with the AC that couldn’t be fixed right away, so we got another apartment the next day. There also is a dive shop/center on the premises with nice people working there, just be aware their opening hours are different from what Google as well as the sign in their window says. We ended up getting some missing scuba equipment and tanks at a nearby place that goes under the same name (dive friends Bonaire). I think the place is also suitable when traveling with small children since there are different swimming pools (including one for children) on site. Lots of free parking spaces everywhere, never had any issues with that. The only thing that really did not go to our liking was the transfer from and to the airport done by another company which was contracted by the hotel/resort. It was expensive, time consuming and unreliable. Hence either get a rental car on arrival or call a taxi yourself. Btw. I would highly recommend getting a rental truck on the island. A truck, because most roads are really bad (no exaggeration) and there are many cool things to explore on the little island which otherwise you probably will miss."
