„This house is in a great location just off I70. The property has a spacious fenced in yard, wonderful game room/garage, and hot tub. Enough beds & seating for our big family of 8 adults and 2 kids. „I recently stayed at this duplex and was extremely disappointed. What you see is not what you get. It is not charming.The front storm door didn't close properly due to the placement of the lock box, and an old mop bucket with dirty water was left by the front door next to overgrown bushes There was minimal information provided by the host, and I had to text the host to request WiFi information. „Wonderful little, big home. Very clean, the beds are so comfortable and the pillows smell great (I always bring my own, but here it wasn't necessary) Lovely garden. The home is equipped with all of the necessaries. Very close to shopping, restaurants and the University. Love old homes very much loved this one.“

„Coworker and I stayed at Dan's place while in town for a work related trip. The house has plenty of parking, the neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to most everything. Lots of shopping and eating options nearby. Easy in and out with proximity to highways. The house itself has themed bedroom and common spaces and is stocked well with plenty of entertainment options. „This was a great stay for the price, and the location was key! We had an event to attend at Mizzou and wanted to take advantage of the food and entertainment offered in downtown Columbia, and we were able to get to all of the above in less than 10 minutes from this charming rental. It's an older home so it has plenty of quirky nuances, but overall we were perfectly comfortable during our two night stay, and my elderly in-laws were happy to report they slept great as the beds were all comfy! “
