„We spent time with our family as we got to share in our daughter’s graduation and proposal of marriage by surprise. Wonderful time with her friends and hosted a nice but small dinner for her! Great home and plenty of room to entertain! “

„The house is beautiful. With four bedrooms on the main floor, it was convenient for our physically challenged family members. The entertainment system was phenomenal, we loved the downstairs rec area, and the views from the back deck were amazing. We only had two issues during our five day stay. One was that the propane tanks were empty but the owner resolved that right away. The second was a rude neighbor who yelled at us when docking the boat saying we were going too fast. „Hummingbird Cottage is a beautiful cottage steps away from the lake. The cottage is furnished very nice and has everything needed for a great stay. The location is quiet and peaceful but very convenient to dining and shopping.The host contacted us shortly after arrival to see if everything was as we expected. I would highly recommend this to family and friends for a great place to stay at the lake and I look forward to returning in the spring. “

„Kitchen was well stocked, but bring extra trash bags. Only 2 hand towels provided. Extra Pillows available, but no pillow cases. We brought extra blankets, thankfully. While preparing Thanksgiving meal, lost electricity 3 times, 2 hours, 30 minutes, 20 minutes. Took some investigating to get updates on the power outages. Setting and outdoor amenities were great. Be prepared for the very steep driveway. “

„Lots to like about this property. Lake side with a dock you can swim off, kayaks, great view from the balcony, nice interior, ample bed space, and close to the grocery store. This is a three level property, so we did struggle a bit finding a balance in temperature for the third floor (warmer) and the first floor(cooler). "Das Zimmer war super toll. Sauber und groß. Leider muss ich mich den vielen Bewertungen über den Lärm der Straße anschließen, den man sehr stark hört. Hier sollte das Hotel ggf über eine Renovierung der Fenster nachdenken. Dennoch würde ich jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen."
