„Enjoyed our stay! We were there for a softball tournament and they were very close to the fields. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed for our quick trip. “

„Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!“

„The place was clean and comfortable. The property owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful - including ordering a crock pot for us to use so we didn’t have to haul ours down. Appreciated the space to spread out. Nice beds, comfy couch!“

„House was well appointed. Location is close to downtown. The house is much bigger than it appears online, lots of space and storage. “

„Property as described. Enjoyed the animals. Nearby state parks for hiking.Weather was unseasonably cold when I was there, and the hosts were concerned that I had enough heat.Also, I let Chelsea know that I was in the area so she texted me that I would be able to do an early check in. I appreciated this because I was just killing a little time.“

„Perfect place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital. Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and for us we need one. I also wish we didn’t have to constantly ask the owner to lower the thermostat since we didn’t have control over it. Definitely understand if the cost of electricity is high. Maybe he could just put the temp on 70 when people check in that would be easier for everyone. Mr Lance was very kind and attentive to our text!“

„We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay. “

„Very comfortable bungalow close to UF. Nice amenities. Bring all necessary food and condiments though as kitchen is bare of pantry items. No olive oil or cooking spray for pan. Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well.“

"Sehr starke Feuchtigkeitsbildung im Zimmer. Weder lüften noch Klimaanlage haben geholfen. Am nächsten Tag waren die Klamotten total feucht. Das Badezimmer hat auch komisch feucht gerochen. Personal war Top. Frühstück gute Auswahl."

"The stuff was super friendly and helpful even though they had their hands full because of the IT issue everyone affected in the middle of July. But the rooms definitely need an update. The bathroom didn’t look nice at all (rusty and all used up) and the carpet felt old and sticky. They also had a microwave in the lobby which needs a deep clean. "
