„This property is a 'real' historic home in the historic district of Brunswick. Fabulous walking neighborhood. Very tastefully furnished with all the amenities you need. It's a quick drive to St. Simons island with multiple restaurants, a pier, lighthouse and scenic areas. Jekyll island is another close by location to visit. The property is professionally managed and it's very easy to communicate with the host. Treat yourself to this 'real' historic home. Family and friends will thank you. “

„Nice space. Homey feel located in established neighborhood. Location worked well for visiting Georgia's Gold Coast. “

„Such a great stay for my birthday weekend! Only issue is that the bathrooms weren’t as clean as I’d like them to be. There was hair stuck on the shower drain and hair on the bathroom floor in the master bedroom. “

„We absolutely loved our stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We all love different things about the home. I love the beautiful sunrises you could see from the bedroom. My husband loved the ability to just walk out to the docks and my son loved the game room. We look forward to visiting again fantastic communication with the owner and super easy check-in and checkout.“

„Don’t let the outside fool you, inside is very spacious with plenty of room for big groups and was very clean, we will use this place again. Stayed here to go out on casino boat and check out the restaurants.“

„Cute little house equipped with everything we needed for the week. Fenced back yard was great for our dog. House was clean and check in was a breeze. Host was lightning fast responding to a quick question. Location is perfect for quick access to surrounding areas. Neighborhood is older but definitely felt safe and it was quiet day and night. Will try to book again in future. “

„We had a great stay at 12 Palms cottage. It was easy to get a hold of Katherine to ask her some questions, and she responded quickly. The home was beautifully redone and in a very good location. We enjoyed our days on Saint Simon and Jekyll Islands. “

"Preis/ Leistung ist in Ordnung. Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet. Personal ist sehr nett gewesen. Frühstück , wie man es in Amerika kennt. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, waren die Haare in der Dusche bei Ankunft. Ansonsten würde wir dieses Hotel für die Durchreise wieder buchen."
