„Great family house to go on vacation and spend some quality time together at the beach. Great location, close to the fishing area and the beach. Close to stores if u need to buy something. Plenty of space, great space on first floor, really enjoy that one, can make some bbq, drink a cold beer while you’re feeling the breeze! Great vacation rental.“

„Our stay at Hip-Nautic was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean, up to date, in excellent condition, as advertised, and had everything one would need for a family weekend. The local host was very quick to reply to any needs we had and did check in on us to make sure all was well. We made use of the beach chairs and sand toys. Our 3 year old grandson loved the toys in the house and the video game table. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to all our family ...

„This place was amazing! It was perfectly set, very roomy, and only about 20 min away from NRG center. I highly recommend!“

„Everything was perfect except the check-in where the lock-box was not at the place indicated. In addition, one of the balcony doors could not be opened and a handyman was needed to fix the problem.“

„We had a wonderful weekend in Surfside. Great hosts and a beautiful home!We loved living right on the beach. Every day I spent time on one of the two balconies overlooking the ocean. The house was spacious and clean, with several bedrooms and large bathrooms. There’s even a private outdoor shower (with warm water) so you don’t track sand into the house. We would absolutely stay here again (not just because we want to beat our skeeball score) 11/10 experience! “

"Das Gravierendste war der muffige Geruch der uns beim öffnen der Zimmertür entgegen strömte. Der Bettüberwurf sowie die Bettwäsche hatten Flecken. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war aber ok. Beim Frühstück konnte man nicht wirklich von einem kontinentalem Frühstück sprechen. Auch wurde im Speiseraum nicht nachgefüllt oder sauber gemacht. Im Zimmer war es sehr laut ( Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, nach dem Duschen im Obergeschoss tropfte es permanent auf unsere Nasszelle, Straßenverkehr), für Menschen mit Schlafproblemen eher ungeeignet. Die sonstigen Servicekräfte waren sehr unprofessionell. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen, an denen wir uns orientiert hatten sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar."
