„Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short overnight during a road trip. Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)“

„This house was everything the description said and more. It was very well done and the details from Deana were wonderful. She even left snacks on the counter and drinks in the refrigerator. The house was conveniently located to all the attractions in the area. The private back yard and hot tub were an added bonus. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.“

„We got to the cabin; it was easy to get into by the instructions. There was a little creek down below us my grandson loved going down there. The beds were awesome. I can't really explain how wonderful this place was. “

„Great location. Went up to visit family. While speaking with host, he called to check in with us to see how things were going, I mentioned we were building a large fence enclosure. Host offered to lend us an Auger to drill the post holes. It saved us about 300 in rental fees. Very nice of them. “

„The Watauga River Cabins is a truly unique gem! The photos don't do it justice... it was larger than expected and the views of the river with fly fishing float boats causing by was spectacular. We were in town to visit my brother and his family for the Nascar race at Bristol, which was a short drive and came back to grill some steaks on the grill and have a campfire on the large back patio area while soaking in the scenery. I also fly fish and we were able o book a float trip with High Country ...
