„Highly recommend these Cabins, the location is great, so many things to do there and within a short drive. Kiddos had a blast and played outside almost all day! The river is beautiful to wake up to and enjoy a cup of coffee with.“

„Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)“

„This cute cottage was clean, comfortable, well stocked and decorated for the season. The hostess went above & beyond to help us settle in & provided food & even some birthday surprises on my birthday! The Greenbelt Trail is nearby & we brought our bicycles, which we were given access to the garage to store them in during our visit. We had an excellent stay here & highly recommend! “

„Great home in interesting neighborhood. Huge local park and friendly neighbors on lots of front porches. Stayed over 1 night on our way to DC. I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. There were 8 of us and we had to get creative with the beds. An air mattress would have been helpful for large groups. The refrigerator did not work but the freezer did which was good for ...

The home is everything you see with an expansive view down the hill from the rear porch to a wooded area. Minutes from Painter Creek Marina. And I am now a Nespresso fan !“

„We stayed at this lovely property for two nights while visiting our son at ETSU. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs and propane fireplace on the back porch. It was wonderful to sit out there in the mornings with our coffee. It rained a bit during our visit, so we didn’t get to make use of the fire pit. There were plenty of towels and most other necessities. Make sure to bring soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as that is not provided. The master bedroom mattress seemed a ...
