„The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.“

„Das Haus liegt ruhig und etwas abseits der anderen Häuser im kleinen, beschaulichen Ort Thorpe bei Ashbourne. Um das Haus herum Wiesen und Berge, sehr gute Wandergelegenheiten in alle Richtungen. Das Haus war erstklassig ausgestattet und wunderschön. Der Pool und die Schwimmhalle waren durchweg beheizt und wahnsinnig toll! Ray war unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett! Wir würden definitiv wieder hier her kommen.“

„Geräumiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Super sauber und direkt in der Innenstadt. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Werde hier beim nächsten mal wieder buchen. “

„Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im sehr gemütlichen Cottage. Die Terrasse haben wir, so oft das Wetter es möglich machte, genutzt. Das Einchecken und die freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren völlig problemlos. Das nette Bakewell lädt zum Bummeln und Pub - Einkehr ein. Für nahe gelegene Schlossbesichtigungen und Wanderungen ein idealer Ausgangspunkt! Wir würde es wieder wählen!“

„Wonderful stone converted coach house, very cosy, helpful owner, lots of bits and bobs in the cupboards, everything thought of, good sized rooms too… great facilities and a huge amount of logs and kindling supplied for the wood burner. Heating system worked brilliantly when we needed it as we were snowed in last two days. The perfect place to walk from direct, We found wonderful walks from our doorstep. Very peaceful and quiet setting. Highly recommended - thanks Nigel!“

„Lovely stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Vicky was always on hand when needed and communication was great - super quick! Loved coming outside to the chickens and seeing the horses when we arrived. We had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend/return!“

„Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size“

"Das Zimmer war eng und spartanisch. Das Bad dazu ebenso. Für eine Nacht jedoch ausreichend. Das Parkhaus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel was sehr praktisch ist. Bar und Restaurant im Loft Style,wenn gut besucht,sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso das Personal. "

"Good hotel next to the station and in walking distance to the city center. Staff was very good and helpful. My bathroom was not very clean on arrival but after having spoken about it at reception they cleaned it superbly and i was given some vouchers as recompensation. Breakfast and food was delicious. I would stay again in this hotel."
