„The cabin was so clean and cozy with a gorgeous stone fireplace and comfortable furnishings. We were visiting the area to view the Sandhill crane migration, and their flight pattern was right over the cabin. The cabin was close to town but seemed remote.“

„What a great place to stay to watch the crane migration. The first evening we sat on the beautiful patio and had sandhill cranes all around us. Close to the best bird viewing spots. Clean and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. And enjoyed the fireplace. We loved this place. And would definitely stay here again.“

„Visiting Kearney for our 4'th Crane migration. The wonders of witnessing but a minuscule portion of their massive journey never gets old! This house is a beautiful update of a lovely old home: Hardwood floors, wood trim and fine workmanship of yesteryear graced with modern updates, tasteful decorations, comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen made for a fabulous home base. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. „Perfect location to the wedding venue. There was a mix-up of double booking, but it turned out great that the hostess got us a motel reservation in the same hotel as other family members. The next day we arrived at the house midafternoon and left the next morning. It was so nice we wished we could have stayed another night.“

„We were very pleased with our stay. Pictures do not do the size of the space any justice. All rooms are very spacious and clean. Missing a couple of amenities such as washcloths for the bathrooms and utensils for cooking and serving but would definitely rent this space again. “

„Great place to stay for a few days. We were in town for an unexpected funeral with my parents who are in their 80’s. We used two of the bedrooms. I wished they would have had a king bed for my parents and a walk in shower ( it was a tub) but I guess he could have used the guest bathroom to shower. House was very clean and modern and the tv’s were able to get many stations for viewing.
