„This was a great house for our family to use during my daughter’s wedding in Rincon! We all got to be together and plenty of space for us all! It made it so nice to be close to the venue and other places we needed to go! Beds slept great and kitchen was well stocked for any need we had!“

„My wife and I had a great stay at Little Gem when visiting our neice in Savannah. It's close to Savannah, but quieter and more spacious than staying in the city. We had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts communication was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to relax every night. We will definitely stay here again when in the Savannah area.A+“

„Hurricane Helene impacted our ability to stay here but Monica tried her best to accommodate us. The power company just did not come through. The property is secluded, quiet, and very beautiful.“

„This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Ample space inside, bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Good size yard to boot! 100% recommend and will rent again!“

„We loved our stay in the fishing cabin. My son had a great time catching many fish. My dogs were happy and had lots of outside time to play as well. Cabin is completely stocked for what you need while away from home, very clean n comfortable abd close to shopping as well. My husband wasnt sure about staying on same property with owners right next door but let me say they dont bother you you are completely left alone unless you need something so if youre looking dont let that scare you away ...

„Checkin was very easy. There was even a welcome letter for us giving it a “personal” and “welcoming” touch. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and was close to everything we needed. Robert was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Looking forward to booking again!“

„The house was perfect for our stay. Comfy, cozy and hsd everything we needed. We enjoyed the front porch and wished we had time to use the fire pit and Adirondack chairs not pictured in listing. Quite area but very close to anything you need “

„The site listed this #1 place for Rincon Georgia 7 miles away. Its really 36 min drive from Rincon but worth the drive if you love peace and quite in the woods. We enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful neighborhood with big 1 acre lot. Great for playing catch with the kids. Bluffton is 30 + min drive away. Mattress in masterbed was very comfortable. Furniture very nice. “

„Home was clean, although the smell of bleach was a bit overwhelming. Light in the kitchen and internet didn't work. Messaged host, but didn't get a response. There were only 2 or 3 drinking glasses, which was an issue since we had 8 people but we were only there for one night so we just dealt with it.“

„It was a 4 minute drive to our daughter's house who just had a baby girl. It worked out perfectly for us. “

Zimmer verweigert

"Unsere im Voraus bezahlte Buchung wurde wegen Internetausfall storniert ohne uns zu benachrichtigen. Uns wurde - trotz Nachweis - das Zimmer verweigert. Uns wurde dann - gegen erneute Bezahlung -ein freies Zimmer angeboten. Wir haben dies Angebot notgedrungen angenommen, weil es schon recht spät war. Auch am nächsten Morgen war der Manager nicht zu erreichen, obwohl dies zugesagt war. Das Hotel hat insgesamt nicht gefallen . Der Pool war mit Sand und Erde verfüllt. Das Frühstück mit pappigen Rühreipatties, Toast ohne Marmelade etc. und mit Wasser verdünnten O-Saft schlecht. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder."
