„I was looking for a quiet place on the lake and it was beautiful. It was quiet and very clean and the owners were very attentive. Great place, highly recommend. “

„Really nice, comfortable home for 4 of us. Only having 1 restroom for two women to get ready for a wedding was a challenge. Location was nice However for fishing or enjoying the lake, I would say it is ideal. We we're very greatful the owner was friendly and very accommodating. I would suggest putting in larger mirror and maybe a TV for the bedrooms. However, we would not hesitate to book this place again in the future. “

„Close to restaurants and shops. Only very minor issue was no coffee pods for the coffee maker were supplied. I checked in late at night and had no coffee in the morning. A few Keurig pods would have made it ideal.“

„Everything we expected and more!! the place is very private. very clean. our twin toddlers caught their first fish in that little pond. the view from the porch is nice and relaxing. there is an awesome hiking trail 4-5 mns away. we saw alot of deer on our last day. This was our first time in Marble Falls and we loved it!“

„The property and grounds and waterfront are beautiful. The interior of the home is spacious and comfortable. When we had an issue with the hot tub heater, the owner sent a repairman within 40 minutes, even on a Holiday! We were impressed. It is a great place to stay“

„We stayed during this Christmas holiday and wasn't disappointed. The house itself has so much character and charm. Put all that charm in front of a beautiful lake full of large catfish, all the deer you want to watch, and the serenity of it all!! Loved it and can't wait to go back! „We rented the place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. It has a beautiful lake view. The place was very welcoming. It was clean and stacked with toiletries and kitchen utensils and appliances. There was big tv and music system. The only sad part was that we could not make Overall it was a beautiful house and we enjoyed every bit of time that we spent there and made some beautiful memories.“

„Nice quiet location. House was hot when we arrived and we had issues getting the lock to open. We didn't feel you are given enough time to really enjoy. Check in was 4:00 and out by 10:00 am. Not enough time to enjoy coffee outside. Too expensive to stay 2 nights. “

„Location and water view is wonderful. Launched our canoe and paddled up and down the river on and offduring 4 day stay.Cooked on the grill and ate in the sunset. Played badminton with the children on the spacious fenced in grounds.House inside was clean but really needs some tender care. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Dinning room seating was only for four people needs two more chairs for a family to sit together. Kitchen fully equipped . Nothing flashy if you are looking for a glamorous ...

„This home was Absolutely fantastic!!! It has everything you need for an amazing vacation on the lake!! The home is so Beautifully appointed and has everything that you need on-site!
