„This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults.“

„Couldn't enjoy the pool this time of year, but the lawn in the backyard was great for the dog! The house is well equipped and everything worked fine. Just a few minor recommendations: the lock box is awkward and should be upgraded; the second bathroom has no drain cover and is just waiting for an earring to fall into it; the highly sensitive smoke detector should not be placed so close to the toaster and stove.) “

„Host was easy to deal with and despite interesting issues with fires, remained open to communication and resolutions. Highly recommend this property.“

„Cute place. They provide a very nice stash of snacks and basic breakfast food, which is above and beyond what you get at most rentals. Close to campus but a rural street. It is nice they let us bring our dog along. Note: Their dogs are not friendly to other dogs and barked at ours, however, sharing the yard just required some coordination. “

„My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!“

„Our stay was great. Myself and a few co workers stayed here while working in the area. The property made our say much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. We plan to return on the next phase of our project.“

„My friends and I had a lovely weekend at this property. It was comfortable and checked all of our boxes! It would have been nice to increase the heat on the hot tub but it was locked and we were unable to bypass. We understood it was set at 98 for the summer but the evening was chilly so we were a little disappointed. Nonetheless, this did not effect our rating of the property. “

„Great location, home big and clean, parking area is limited in size. There was only 1 other vehicle there while we stayed so our Suburban was able to fit but if there were more than that we wouldn't have fit. Would like to have check out information either emailed from the host or left in the home. I had to go out to the actual listing to find the check out information under house details.“

„This lovely property checks all the boxes for a large family gathering. With tons of square footage, a well appointed kitchen and a huge deck with a firepit table, it is a rare find. We could not have been happier with this impressive house and the beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Thanks to the gracious hosts. “

„Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.“

„The pictures almost don’t do it justice! A very cool construction with three domes (each absorbs its own sound) with a very spacious, open kitchen-living room area perfect for gatherings. We were there to celebrate Friendsgiving ( college friends celebrating 16+ years of this get together and 20 years of friendship). Now there are a lot of kids in the mix. We stayed in November. House would be even better in the summer when the pool would be more appealing, but we had a great time enjoying the ...

„The property was functional and mostly clean. The grill was not clean and the heating filters need to be replaced, but the place was well equipped and worked well as a base for our day trips. It lacks a lot of personal touches and small conveniences (e.g., no facial tissues, one half roll of paper towels, towels and linens were stained); comes off as a rental property, not someone's home, but that is how it is used and it works.“

„Stayed at this wonderful house right on the Lake and in the Country Club. Fantastic area to be and so very relaxing. House is perfect for families to stay and unwind . Close to golf and resorts . Quite a few stairs to water , but they have benches along the path for people to rest and take in the views. Fun time was had by all.“

„Pictures and description make it sound like there is a lake view (There isn’t any) it should be added to listing that there is no lake access from property.“

„The house and property are beautiful and perfectly located. Deer and wild turkeys came right to the house. The Yuba river is at the end of the road you drive up on, you just gotta keep driving even when you hit the narrow dirt road. We went for Grass Valley but fell in love with Nevada City. Papa Bear was much bigger than we needed but we love space, and it had plenty of it. We got to sit on the backyard porch and watch the deer. "Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und in gute Zustand. Die Klimaanlage ist doch schon etwas älter und brauchte vielleicht mal eine Wartung.Denn Sie hatte schwer zu kämpfen um bei 35 Grad Außentemperaturen das Zimmer auf 22 Grad zukühlen. Es geht garnicht das in 3 OG am Aufzug ein Zettel klebt,auf den zu lesen ist Drücke nicht die Taste ,den Sie ist kaputt. "
