„Postive. Location to 6th Street was perfect. Windows/balconies were perfect for people watching below. Spacious and equipped. Bathrooms were clean Cons: lots of wear and tear (think college student housing). Rug wasn’t vacuumed well. And lots of water damage. No dresser. And could not access the internet but in all fairness I never called about it to give them a chance to recify it. A place for adults not families. But fine for us. “

„This place was paradise to us. We wanted a cousin couples getaway without our children and this property did not disappoint. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided not to go into town until check out. The property is peaceful with a beautiful mountain view, lawn and there was even a garden. Us moms can appreciate a thriving garden. We already have planned on coming back. “

„Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. “

„Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! “

„We loved everything about this house. Every room is beautiful decorated with lots of windows and skylights. The outdoor area was equally amazing. We loved being able to walk to a number of places and having a short drive to endless restaurants and hot spots in Austin. Lisa was extremely responsive and provided many great recommendations. 5 stars!“

„The house was amazing and super clean and comfortable. There is a train that passes by, behind the the backyard fence, a couple times a day. The pool and spa were also amazing. The little problems we had were addressed immediately. Perfect stay for a large family.“
