„Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. “

„Great place, great pool, great house“

„We travel to Rockport for the first time just to have a couple of days of relaxing, and this house was just the right place. We did enjoy the deck. It has window units, not central AC, and ceiling fans in every room, however, if the noise bothers you, the window unit in the main bedroom is noisy. Noise does not bother me“

„The view from the deck was spectacular . Very beautiful and clean house, the space was large for our family, well equipped with enough towels and toiletries. We will visit again.“

„This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall. “

„This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a lovely home, tastefully furnished and very well stocked. The location is good and it is very handy for fishing or just enjoying the view. A big plus for us is that the back yard is now fenced, so our dog enjoyed his visit, too. “

„For 5 years some high school buddies have gone fishing. We are happy to have found the Captains Quarters for this April’s trip. The host, Mark, was just right. He offered assistance, but none was necessary. The house was perfect and the neighbor was kind too. The Shuffleboard, billiards table and foosball table kept us busy for 3 days and the pool is heated. We will definitely be back. “
