„Overall, a great experience and would recommend this condo. The home is spacious and comfortable. Host checked on a possible problem with a sink and wanted to be sure it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Using the VRBO app to communicate rather than a text was a bit more complicated but every attempt was made to be sure we were satisfied. A couple of suggestions: more plates and better utensils. We had friends over and had fewer plates than people. A utensil fell apart while in use. Also, unclear ...

„We had an amazing week at Captain Roy's ! The condo was spotless, comfortable and directly on the beach. Everything is new and is well stocked with everything you need! Mexico beach is so beautiful and peaceful, and Killer Seafood across the street is outstanding! Shipwreck Raw Bar is so good too! We can't wait to come back, thanks for a great winter getaway!“

„This property was by far the most updated and clean of all that we have stayed in. The master bed could use being replaced but overall, I give it a strong 5 out of 5. It is central to quite a few really good restaraunts and great beaches. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We will stay again for sure. “

„Absolutely lovely! This was the first remark I made upon entering the home and it is still what comes to mind when I remember our stay at Gullreef. This lovely home has it all! You need only to bring your clothes, swimsuits and beach towels! Cheryl has thought of absolutely everything and has anything you could need to have a wonderful stay. If you can't find it within the home, just ask her and she will have it on property and will promptly get it to you! It's like staying at your favorite ...

„We needed a place to evacuate to during hurricane milton for our family. Communication and responsiveness from the host was exceptional. The accommodations were perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Lots of different common spaces to hang out. Highly recommended!“

„The property was roomy and very comfortable. However there should be some soundproofing against the adjoining property as conversations and other noises are easily heard. The shower stall should be replaced. I really enjoyed the location and the layout of the property. I would stay there again.“

"Personal war ok. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Roch alt und modrig, Kakerlaken im Bad. Alles war alt und zum Teil defekt (Armaturen). Frühstück war schrecklich. Kein Kaffee, kein Toast. Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Fotos sind nicht das, was tatsächlich vor Ort ist. "
