„My wife and I stayed two nights to visit family. Cottage was as described, very roomy and comfortable. Great location. Host was very kind. Only dislike was smell from oil heat, I've never had oil heat and not sure if that is normal.“

„Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet with a small town feel. Most of the major appliances appeared relatively new, the beds were comfortable and the house was staffed with an abundance of linens and towels. Front and back yards are completely fenced in which is perfect for those with small dogs. North Beach is only a short drive from College Park, Baltimore and Annapolis. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying there ...

„Beautiful place, very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I wish was better was to have a bathroom upstairs and the stairs to be a bit easier to access, they are a bit tricky for those over 50:) nice view too!“

„Had dinner with some friends, great stay no complaints, this is a shared space and owners do stay above you. I personally didn’t have an issue with that but I didn’t see it advertised on listing. Outside of that I’d gladly stay again “

„My 14 year old daughter and I spent 6 days in DC and this home was perfect for us. We spent the first few days walking every where which was great to see the different neighborhoods. The metro was only 15 minutes from the house which was very convenient. Reina was super helpful and kind to let us leave our belongings in the apartment until our train later on in the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and my daughter liked the inflatable mattress. We really enjoyed the rain shower and ...

„This property is located on a residential street, in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is active and vibrant. We were able to walk to the National Mall as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is brightly decorated, and feels spacious. The bed is very comfortable. A spa experience best describes the bathroom. The outdoor space has a large deck and charming back yard. We would definitely return for a future stay.“

„We really enjoyed the ability to take our senior dog out with ease and we used many of the amenities available to us. Everywhere we visited that week was easily accessible. i enjoyed being close to downtown but liked the feeling of being in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear owners upstairs but it did not both us. Communication was great with the owners. “

„This was a winter getaway to a very comfortable house with all the amenities on a quiet tributary of the Chesapeake. A rare vacation for and just what we wanted. Conveniently located near St Michael’s and Easton. Communication was excellent and everything was just as described. Would go back if we get the opportunity. “

The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from our performance at the Kennedy Center. Highly recommend this place for any large group!“

"Der negativen Bewertungen wegen waren wir zunächst unsicher, ob wir uns lieber eine andere Übernachtung suchen sollten. Zum Glück haben wir nichts geändert, denn auf unserer Rundreise mit vielen Hotels war das Microtel das Beste von allen. Genau so wünscht man sich ein Hotel. Für uns gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. "
