„Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay very much. The house was more than big enough for all of us. Had every appliance, dish or pot and pan we needed. The yard backs up to the marsh and the sunrises were beautiful. The yard was so nice we decided to take our family photos there! The house is within walking distance to the historic downtown area. There are restaurants and bars that my kids went to. My son-in-laws found a place to rent golf carts. We used them to drive around the neighborhood to ...

„My husband and I needed a weekend getaway. The place was beautiful❣️ The courtyard was well kept and very serene. The unit we stayed in had modern decor with smart appliances. (ceiling fans, washer, dryer, etc). I wouldn't change a thing❣️ We will definitely return. “

„Everything just as advertised - great setting under the trees just a short walk to the beach. The studio was perfect and well equipped. Our only observation was that the refrigerator door opened backwards making it awkward to get food out to place on the counter. It wouldn't take the maintenance man 20 minutes with basic tools to reverse the doors. We love Amelia Island and will definitely be booking at Sea Cottages again on our next visit.“

„Beautiful home with numerous different "spaces" to enhance your stay. Ryan could not have been a better, more proactive communicator and went above and beyond to make the stay easy and simple for us. Would definitely recommend for a larger group!“

„We stayed over Christmas and had 8 people in our party. It was very comfortable, great for big dinners and the outside patio was really nice as well. Conveniently located, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. “

„The Ketch Courtyard Condo was a short walk to the beach and very close to other activities. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for all to have their own space. Matt and Jenny were very attentive to what we needed, port-a crib for baby, any requests to them were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a great place to spend our get away. We would choose to stay here again. “

„Enjoyable stay for a large group. The property was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even though it was cold we were able to use the heated pool. The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive. “

Pool and jacuzzi were a bit difficult to operate but Darlene tried her best to help. Screened in porch and tropical plants around the exterior were beautiful.
