„The apartment was spacious but quite old and dirty especially the bathroom and kitchen. The trash can had some weird smell. Quite noisy as it was close to the streets. Plenty of parking. Owner was quick to reply my messages and communication was smooth. “

„Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. „Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by.“

„我們是家庭旅遊，8個人4個臥室，有3間衛浴設備。房間、客廳的空間寬敞，廚房設備齊全。 但是，在晚上20～17度C，稍寒冷的金馬崙，熱水不熱～ 隔音非常槽糕，其他房客在走廊的聊天聲穿透房間～ 電視只有3個頻道，而且畫質不是很好～ 網路很難連上，連上後速度很慢，我們居住的樓層沒有網路，必須連接其他樓層靠近我們房間的網路⋯⋯⋯ 馬桶座墊很黑、馬桶的冲水壞了⋯⋯ 洗手槽漏水很慢⋯⋯ 吹風機只有一個⋯ 沒有浴巾、擦腳布、衣架不足⋯⋯！ 地下室停車場的出入通道很窄，很容易車子會擦撞到牆壁⋯“

„The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric. The bed sheets and pillow cases looked and smelled like they haven't been changed for a while. The bathrooms were dirty with broken accessories jutting out dangerously on the sink wall.
